A word from our practice manager, Melissa Marshall
We very much look forward to welcoming you to our private dental practice on Miller Street. We’re in a lovely Grade A listed building in Merchant City, one of Glasgow's oldest quarters.
Patients come from all over for the Visage experience. We even have quite a number who fly in regularly from the Highlands and Islands.

Here at Visage Glasgow, you can have anything from a check-up and polish to implants, orthodontics, whitening, crowns, veneers and more. We offer treatments from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to oral surgery.

We’ve invested so much in skills and equipment that we can do almost everything in-house, including advanced treatments for more complex dental challenges. And all from the comfort of our memory foam chairs.

We’ve won a string of awards since we opened our doors in 2006. In our first year, we won Best New Practice in Scotland as well as Most Innovative Practice of the Year. 15 further awards followed, until we won Best Practice in the UK in 2015.

While you’re waiting, it will be our pleasure to make you a hand-tied Flora Tea or a cup of freshly ground coffee; we’ll even make a note of your preferences for next time. Feel free to use our Wi-Fi and to leaf through the day’s newspapers or a glossy magazine.
And we may be right in the centre of Glasgow, but if you need parking then we have a couple of free spaces under the building. Just pop into reception and borrow a fob to gain entrance.

We’re a two-minute walk from George Square and just half a mile from Glasgow Central Station. We’re surrounded by shops, cafés and restaurants, so you can always make a day of it.
Cleanliness is everything
As you’d expect, we keep our dental practice spotlessly clean. We even flick open the privacy glass after every treatment so everyone can see how thoroughly we clean our surgeries between patients.
We take referrals
Dentists in general practice are welcome to attend with their patients at any stage in the consultation or treatment process, and can contact us at any time for a chat or to ask a question. We’re also more than happy to provide a tour of our practice and introduce our team.

Dr Attiq Rahman has 25 years’ experience in clinical dentistry and uses a multidisciplinary approach to treat cases including general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Patient feedback
Whitening can be an important part of a smile makeover. We always check the suitability of your teeth, as it may not be recommended for some patients with high sensitivity. It’s important to know that we may not be able to treat all of your teeth: whitening can’t alter the colour of fillings, crowns, veneers, for example. Your dentist can explain and suggest any options open to you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
