Cerec fillings are a unique, modern alternative to traditional metal and white fillings. Stronger, more lifelike and longer lasting, your teeth will retain their natural strength and beauty with a Cerec filling at Visage.

Cerec is a type of porcelain used in dentistry, providing a more durable, aesthetic and robust material perfect for filling teeth.

How is a Cerec Filling made?

An infrared camera is used to digitally scan your tooth, where a specialised computer designs the Cerec filling. This is then milled from a single ingot of porcelain and bonded to the patient’s tooth producing amazing results, blending imperceptibly with the surrounding tooth, becoming almost invisible.

What should I expect?

Cerec fillings can be completed in a single visit, and are intended to last for years. With good oral hygiene and maintenance, you can expect a strong, beautiful and lifelike result that is virtually indistinguishable from the original tooth.

What are the advantages over other fillings?

No impressions - we can scan your mouth digitally, eliminating the need for impression materials. The scan provides us with a three-dimensional image to work with as we design your restoration.

Comfortable, precise fit - The CEREC system features intuitive design software that customizes your crown for a precise fit.

Natural function - Since CEREC restorations fit so precisely, they function like your natural tooth. And being durable allows your restorations to handle heavy chewing without cracking.

Strong and long-lasting - One of the many benefits of the CEREC system is that each restoration is milled from a single, solid block of porcelain, making it resistant to cracks and fissures.

How much does it cost?

The full cost of treatment depends on your dental requirements and should be discussed with your treatment coordinator, however Visage Cerec Fillings start at £495. You can achieve the smile you want with on Dental Finance! (terms and conditions apply, subject to credit check, figures are subject to the full cost of treatment plan).
